Your Food Addictions are Killing You

Fake foods are extremely addictive, but have no nutritional value. Most people have no idea why they’re gaining so much weight and they’re always hungry.

Some examples:

You ask yourself…Why am I still so hungry after eating a large plate full of spaghetti with garlic bread?

You overeat pizza and you are full, but you’re still hungry!

I just ate 5 Burritos and I’m still hungry…I feel full, but I’m still hungry!

Some other common foods that are very addictive and have no health benefits to your health:

French Fries, Soft Drinks, Bagels and Breads including Muffins, Bananas, Pies, Smoothies, Applesauce, Energy Bars, Low-Fat Candy, most Yogurts, reduced-fat foods, most Sauces, Condimenta like ketchup, etc., most Coleslawa, No-Sugar Added Foods, Most Peanut Butters, all Fried Foods and most Milks.

Soft Drinks are crammed with sugar! Very addictive!
